Clinical Bio

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides individual therapy for a variety of mental health concerns. Common presenting concerns that I work with include neurodevelopmental disorders (such as Autism and ADHD), depression, anxiety, religious issues, infertility, perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety, and assisting individuals adjust to life transitions. I tend to utilize techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, as well as humanistic and interpersonal approaches. I work to adapt my approach to best meet the needs of each client. Through the therapeutic process, I try to help people understand themselves better in order to assist them in overcoming difficult situations and achieving their goals.

Individual Services: CBT for ADHD, Relationship Difficulties, Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, Life Transitions, Perinatal and Postpartum concerns (including infertility, loss, miscarriage, post-partum depression, and post-partum anxiety), Stress Management, and Work-Related Concerns (including work-life balance, time management, and organization).

Kayla offers both in-person and telehealth services (but not audio-only).
